Allura Halliwell provides mentorship, coaching, educational content, and retreat experiences related to personal development and consciousness work. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Allura Halliwell.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our website or enrolling in our programs, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Nature of Services — Not Medical or Psychological Advice

Our programs, mentorships, and content are intended for educational and personal development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately. You are solely responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions related to your physical or mental health.

4. Enrollment and Payment

• Enrollment in any program becomes effective upon submission of payment and/or a signed agreement, as applicable.
• Payment plans, where offered, are outlined at the time of enrollment (e.g., one-time payment or installment payments over a specified period).
• All fees are due as agreed upon enrollment. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to program materials or sessions.

5. Cancellation and Billing Policy

Trial Period.

If you enroll on a payment plan, your first month serves as a trial period to experience the mentorship. Your next payment will be collected automatically one month from your sign-up date, and your enrollment will continue on your chosen payment plan for the remainder of the 6-month program, unless you let us know before then that you’d like to cancel.

How to Cancel.

To cancel, or if you have questions about your plan, email us at [email protected] before your next billing date. There is no cancellation fee.

Paid in Full.

If you have paid in full, this cancellation policy does not apply to you. Your 6 months of access is already secured, nothing further will be charged, and there is nothing further required of you.

No Response.

If we do not hear from you by your next billing date, we will take it that you would like to continue, and will keep your access and billing running as described above.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our website, programs, portal, and materials — including but not limited to text, videos, audio recordings, meditations, course materials, and branding (such as “The Consciousness Method™”) — is the property of Allura Halliwell and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share any program content without our express written permission. Access to program materials is for your personal use only.

7. Community Guidelines

If our programs include access to a community space (chat, calls, or portal), you agree to:

• Treat other participants and facilitators with respect
• Maintain the confidentiality of other participants’ personal shares
• Refrain from harassing, abusive, or disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to remove any participant from community spaces or programs for violating these guidelines, without refund.

8. Assumption of Risk

Participation in our programs, including any practices, exercises, or teachings shared, is undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk. You acknowledge that personal development work may bring up emotional or psychological material, and you are responsible for your own wellbeing, including seeking professional support if needed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allura Halliwell and its affiliates, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Our website and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or transformations from participation in our programs, as individual results vary.
